Sausage and Potato Casserole

1 pkg smoked sausage
1 32oz pkg frozen hashbrowns
2 cups sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup green onions
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup grated cheese
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t garlic powder

Slice sausage into 1/4" pieces. Mix soup, sour cream,
onions, milk and spices. Place in greased 9x13 pan half of the
hashbrowns. Place sausage on top of hashbrowns and pour
half of soup mixture over sausage. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese.
Top with rest of potatoes, remaining soup mixture and
top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Cover with foil for the first 30 minutes then remove foil.
Serves 10-12.
