This is a known Windows 95 problem. There are several work-arounds that may be applicable to your particular situation. - This method has worked in most of the cases that we have seen.
- Double-click on My Computer.
- Double-click on Control Panel.
- Double-click on Network.
- Click on Add.
- Select Client and then click the Add button.
- Select Microsoft and then Client for Microsoft Networks.
- Click OK and return back to the desktop.
- Restart your computer and try again.
